Would you like to contribute to the seminar Sustainability in Organisations?
This international online seminar brings together German and Peruvian students to
explore sustainability in organisations through the lens of industrial and organisational
psychology. Working in binational small groups, students examine how organisations can
foster sustainable practices while considering cultural, regulatory and practical contexts
in Germany and Peru.

The organizers are looking for companies and speakers, ideally with Peruvian–German business relations, who are interested in supporting the students as practical partners.
Companies are invited to contribute insights from a completed or ongoing sustainability
project (best case) and are free to choose how they wish to participate, as the final
seminar design is still under development.
Possible forms of contribution:
- Providing practical input or short case presentations during the seminar
- Acting as interview partners for student groups
- Providing case studies on implemented sustainability measures, challenges encountered and lessons learned
Ideally, students will work on solutions for a current sustainability-related challenge
faced by the participating companies. This collaboration thereby provides an excellent
opportunity to get to know each other and benefit from the solutions developed by our
students.
